Rising Together @LV is an annual summit with a “social conscience”. The organization founded by Ngozi Bell was inaugurated in 2017 partnered with the Allentown Mayor and City Hall. Today Rising Together @LV is a wholly independent event.

Our Vision is to elevate our legacies and create a limitless future: From thought-provoking discussions to showcasing the accomplishments of the many heroines around us, young and mature. Rising Together @LV is an exhilarating celebration of women's achievements, resilience, and empowerment in the company of men and young males who contribute to that success. A dynamic gathering of a diverse array of inspiring women from various fields, including business, science, arts, and activism. Through a series of electrifying talks, engaging panel discussions, interactive sessions and colorful entertainment, participants who are women and men (young and mature) will delve into an unforgettable experience that not only honors the incredible contributions of women today but also propels us towards a future of limitless possibilities.

Through collective wisdom, leadership, and engagement, we aim to amplify the voices, address the challenges, and celebrate the achievements of women. Our inclusive gatherings of women and men provide a platform for each woman (including the uncelebrated and under-acknowledged) to showcase her unique gifts, obtain support, understanding, and forge a path for personal and collective growth.
